Meet  Robert Cornegy Jr., Democratic candidate for the 36th City Council district (Bed-Stuy and North Crown Heights). The venue is Amarachi Lounge, 325 Franklin Avenue, in Clinton Hill. (see map below for location details)

Robert and his wife MIchelle have six children who attend a range of public schools in the area including special ed programs, G&T programs and charter schools.

We’ll be attending the District 13 Town Hall with NYC Schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott. He’ll take questions at PS 56, 170 Gates Avenue in Bed-Stuy.   Join us to hear his thoughts and we’ll head over to Cochinita (922 Fulton) afterwards to discuss your reactions.
